1.1.7 Bug fixes & some other small things

Yet another small update. This update includes...

• Settings menu now has categories (Audio, Video, Game)
• A more visible hitbox indicator
• Settings for the hitbox indicator (Always on, only visible during focus, or never is on)

Fixes include...

• Fixed a bug where going into a game after going into the tutorial will cause the game to send the player back to the tutorial
